This wood polish from @lusa_organics is my ongoing favorite product for treating bare wood parts that need some conditioning. On an old Gibson like this, the rosewood fretboard needed some leveling to bring it into true. After sanding to a shine, I apply a light coat of the polish and let sit for awhile to absorb. Old Gibson guitars often have hide glue in the fretslots and I follow suit when I’m refretting. This wood polish is also a perfect barrier to stop the hide glue from penetrating the fingerboard surface. Quick cleanup!
